Happiness has always remained a thing of search for ever. Humans can do anything to find happiness, they can even make themselves unhappy to stay happy. yes, that’s where the irony is.  Think and grow Rich has always preached persistence and continuous efforts, but in the end, its all about happiness, and the main aim of think and grow rich is happiness (though in the end)

Happiness is a state of mind, if it could have been created by material things, the greatest people of the century would have been happy. With the help of their great knowledge and wealth, they would have made themselves happy, but in reality, happiness is not an outcome or result, it’s the source of everything. If we think that happiness is the outcome, we are wrong, the real thing is that its the beginning. Beginning to every venture of our life and mind.

Bob Proctor is the first person I know who spoke about the power of staying happiness in the secret. He said that when we are happy we tend to think what is remaining to be thought. Do what is remaining to be done. Now the question is ‘How?’. When you are happy, you are in a different state of mind. You get your heart out and do things you love. And out comes the artist in you.

Well, this is not all. Sometimes, we don’t know why, we feel so unhappy and depressed of life. We speak out of our mind and then think that life is lost and there is nothing in here for us and what not. And to tell you, happiness is not a short time phenomena, its a lifetime carnival. Happiness should come to heart in its own terms and should not be brought about reading articles (like this one) or any books or any reason. Happiness is not material, rather, it comes for doing what you like. A positive expectancy comes to real help.

So, what is the secret of staying happy always? It’s really simple. Close your eyes, speak honestly to yourself and say, what is it that you really like, what is that you really want from your life, what is that you want to give out or have for yourself, work for it. Listen to music, go for walk, paint something or restart your hobby you left at school. yes, its that simple.

Depression is sometimes the result of relations, situations, conditions, failures and above all, your mindset. When you have decided to bring change, stay happy and cross life, changing your mindset is really important. Whenever I find myself in depression, I start doing things I like, blogging is a part of it. Now, I constantly feel that I become totally free when I blog. Time stands still, I don’t need anyone, not even food. I just love to write and blog my way through.
